## Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be entrusted with critical Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) duties on-site. Daily expectations include:
* Drafting comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) documentation prior to the initiation of any work tasks.
* Performing thorough inspections of work equipment, which involves verifying operational certifications and validity periods.
* Enforcing strict compliance regarding the mandatory use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all personnel.
* Preparing and submitting official Permit to Work (PTW) applications.
* Conducting essential $H_2S$ gas measurements and environmental checks before daily operations commence.
* Facilitating and leading Pre-Job Safety (PJS) meetings to align teams on potential hazards.
* Monitoring active work sites to guarantee total adherence to established HSE standards.
* Documenting all field-level HSE activities and archiving safety records meticulously.
* Closing out PTW documentation formally once project tasks are successfully and safely completed.
* Compiling detailed HSE performance reports for management review.
* Delivering targeted safety training and awareness initiatives to field operators.
## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To qualify for this demanding HSE role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Demonstrated proficiency in formulating JSA and Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) documentation.
* Completion of SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Aman) training.
* Comprehensive knowledge of and ability to implement Pertamina PTW systems.
* A minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional experience working as a Safety Officer within the oil and gas sector, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in oil well operations.
* Proven technical competency in executing $H_2S$ gas monitoring and measurements.
* Possession of a mandatory, valid Oil & Gas HSE Certification.
* Prior hands-on experience specifically within Pertamina Geothermal Energy (PGE) projects will serve as a distinct competitive advantage.
