## The TAP Management Trainee Program (TMTP) 2026
We are officially opening applications for our prestigious Management Trainee Program. This initiative is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry leaders through intensive training and hands-on experience within our operational sites.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the TMTP 2026, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates (current year) and those with up to one year of experience.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a service bond for a period of two years and six months.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed at any of our operational sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.

We are seeking talent from diverse academic backgrounds to fill roles across various operational and support departments:
1. Technical & Operational Divisions
* Agronomy: Agronomy, Agribusiness, Agroecology, Palm Oil Processing, Forestry, Soil Science, Geography, Plant Pests & Diseases, Geodesy, and Geomatics Engineering.
* Mill: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agrotechnology, and Palm Oil Processing Technology.
* Infrastructure: Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Road/Bridge Engineering.
* Workshop: Heavy Equipment Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
* Utility: Electrical Engineering, High Voltage Electrical Engineering, and Energy Conversion Engineering.
2. Specialized Support Divisions
