## Core Requirements for Candidates

* Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant expertise within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy construction sectors.
* Operational Excellence: An in-depth understanding of construction procedures and rigorous safety standards.
* Adaptability: Proven ability to operate effectively and efficiently within a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
* Safety Certification (Specific to Safety Supervisor): Candidates applying for the Safety Supervisor position must hold relevant certifications, such as AK3 Umum or SMK3.
* Geographic Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in East Kalimantan who are available for an immediate start.
