1. Engineer and Senior Engineer Roles
Engineers and Senior Engineers at Trakindo play a crucial role in developing and implementing advanced power systems solutions. Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial customer requirement analysis and engineering design to cost estimation, technical proposal creation, project execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover. Additionally, you will handle project administration and documentation with absolute precision. For Senior Engineer applicants, leadership responsibilities include guiding multidisciplinary teams and providing high-level technical direction.
General Requirements:
* Education: Minimum D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, specifically in Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience for the Engineer position, or 5 years for the Senior Engineer role. Experience must be within Design Engineering, Solution Engineering, Application Engineering, Proposal/Bid Engineering, or Project Engineering. Backgrounds in Marine, Power Systems, Data Centers, Oil & Gas, EPC, and Industrial or Manufacturing sectors are highly preferred. Leadership experience is mandatory for Senior Engineer candidates.
* Lifecycle Competence: Demonstrated hands-on experience across various stages of end-to-end engineering and project execution, covering customer analysis, technical specifications, cost estimation, and final handover.
