## Role Overview: What You Will Do

* Tax Administration Support: Assist with day-to-day tax operations, documentation, and compliance activities.
* Data Management: Handle employee tax-related data meticulously to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
* Payroll Tax Operations: Participate directly in the administration and calculation of PPh 21.
* Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation and timely submission of various tax reports.
* Digital Transformation: Contribute proactively to process improvement initiatives and digital enhancement projects within the tax department.
## Candidate Profile: What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this dynamic role, candidates must possess a strong academic background coupled with an analytical mindset and a genuine passion for taxation.
* Educational Background: Final-year university students or fresh graduates holding a D3, D4, or S1 degree in Taxation, Fiscal Administration, or closely related fields.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Core Passion: A strong interest in corporate taxation and a proactive willingness to learn complex fiscal frameworks.
* Analytical Strengths: Comfort working extensively with numbers and large datasets, paired with exceptional attention to detail.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in standard office applications, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Preferred Advantages: Practical knowledge of Brevet A/B certification or familiarity with Power BI will serve as a distinct advantage.
