1. Production Operator
The Production Operator role focuses directly on the core manufacturing processes that craft high-grade athletic footwear components.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the bottom-unit manufacturing processes for athletic shoes, working with specialized materials such as Injection Phylon (IP), Phylon, and Rubber.
* Maintain consistency and quality standards across active production lines.
