Program Requirements and Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess a blend of academic rigor, strategic thinking, and a passion for operational excellence. To qualify for the LEAP program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Preference is given to those holding degrees in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transportation Management, or Logistics Engineering Technology.
* Experience: Applicants may have up to two years of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Warehouse Management.
* Professional Competencies:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A creative, innovative, and critical approach to problem-solving.
* Strategic thinking capabilities combined with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Commitment: Candidates must be willing to commit to a two-year service bond following the completion of the program.
