## Current Vacancies at TSA Group
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill several key positions within our warehouse, production, and quality control departments.
1. Warehouse Administration Staff
This role is essential for ensuring our inventory systems remain accurate and our logistics flow remains uninterrupted.
* Requirements:
* Male, maximum age of 27.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* At least 2 years of proven warehouse experience.
* Valid Forklift Operator License (SIO) is mandatory.
* Proficient in MS Office and computer operations.
* Strong mathematical skills and no color blindness.
* Deep understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory principles.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming local and import goods, ensuring alignment with delivery documents.
* Perform system data entry for all incoming inventory.
* Facilitate material transfers from storage to production or inspection areas.
* Execute cycle counts and stock opnames to ensure system-to-physical inventory accuracy.
* Maintain strict 5S standards within the warehouse environment.
2. Warehouse Operator

* Requirements:
* Male, high school graduate (SMK) from any major.
* Maximum age of 27.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
* Proficient in basic computer tasks (MS Office).
* Good mathematical skills and no color blindness.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform repacking of alloy wheels, tires, and child parts.
* Assist in material supply for production line requirements.
* Inspect parts prior to loading and manage container unloading.
* Participate in daily cycle counts and inventory stock takes.
* Ensure 5S workplace standards are consistently upheld.
3. Production Operator
We are looking for hands-on individuals to ensure the high-quality assembly of our motorcycle components.
* Requirements:
* Male, graduate of SMK (Mechanical or Automotive Engineering).
* Maximum age of 24.

* Minimum height of 165 cm.
* Physically and mentally healthy.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute assembly production activities according to standardized work instructions.
* Conduct visual inspections of components to ensure quality standards.
* Perform daily pre-operational checks on machines and tools.
* Strictly adhere to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelines at all times.
* Implement 5S methodologies within the production area.
4. Quality Control (QC) Inspector

* Requirements:
* Male, graduate of SMK (Mechanical or Automotive Engineering).
* Proven experience in Quality Control roles.
* Knowledge of motorcycle manufacturing processes, specifically alloy wheel installation.
* Proficiency in quality documentation and the use of precision measuring instruments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
* Analyze and troubleshoot non-conforming (NG) parts.
* Properly handle and document NG components.
* Maintain comprehensive records for all quality-related activities.
