1. Plant Secretary
The Plant Secretary serves as a vital pillar in the administrative success of our manufacturing facility, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
* Streamlining administrative and secretarial workflows for the Plant Manager.
* Managing complex scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting agendas, and guest relations.
* Developing and presenting accurate management reports and data analytics to assist in strategic decision-making.
* Monitoring project timelines, departmental progress, and cross-functional task completion.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Management.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment as an Administrator or Secretary.
* Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office; prior experience with SAP is a distinct advantage.
* Must be willing to work in Mojokerto.
2. Inline Process Control (IPC)
The IPC role is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality, ensuring every product meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
* Conducting real-time checks and inspections throughout the production cycle to guarantee product compliance.
* Performing verification and calibration of laboratory equipment used within the IPC unit.
* Ensuring adherence to standardized quality control protocols at every manufacturing stage.
* Diploma (D3) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Analysis.
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a QC Inspector or QC Line operator.
* Strong technical understanding of laboratory testing and quality control methodologies.
* Ability to work in a shift-based production environment.
* Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
* Must be willing to work in Mojokerto.
