1. Senior System Administrator (SAP BASIS)
This senior-level role is designed for professionals capable of overseeing complex SAP environments in both cloud and on-premise configurations.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering.
* Key Competencies:
* Expertise in the installation, tuning, and optimization of SAP products (ECC, RISE, S/4HANA, Fiori, PO, and BW/BI).

* Key Competencies:
* Comprehensive knowledge of .NET Core frameworks, including API development and client-server architecture.

* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a web developer, ideally with prior experience implementing web applications for state-owned insurance or financial institutions.
3. Senior Programmer (ABAP/SAP ABAPER)
This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem to maintain and develop custom enhancements for TASPEN’s core business modules.
* Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Key Competencies:
* Advanced ABAP programming skills, including reports, modules, and integrations (RICEFW).
* Familiarity with critical SAP modules such as MM (Material Management), HR (Human Resources), and FI (Financial Accounting).
* Capability to write complex SQL queries for the SAP HANA database.
* Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for existing ABAP programs.
* Experience with SAP PI/PO integration, with additional knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 considered a significant advantage.
* Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development, specifically in backend applications, system integration, or custom module development.
