## Position: Warehouse Operation Team (Daily Worker)
We are seeking meticulous, energetic, and adaptable individuals to join our warehouse floor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless inventory handling and rapid order dispatch.
Key Job Responsibilities
To maintain our high service benchmarks, team members in this role will manage daily warehouse workflows through the following core duties:
* Order Picking: Execute swift and accurate item retrieval based on strict timeframes generated by our proprietary system.
* Item Sorting: Systematically categorize and place retrieved products into designated sorting rack zones to facilitate rapid verification.
* Quality Checking: Inspect merchandise thoroughly to verify flawless condition before clearing items for the subsequent fulfillment stage.
* Secure Packing: Package items securely and professionally to guarantee absolute safety throughout the transit and delivery lifecycle.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Employment Type: Open to male and female candidates for Daily Worker status.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years of age.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least one year of relevant warehouse experience will be prioritized.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated familiarity with standard warehouse procedures, specifically picking, sorting, checking, and packing.
* Personal Attributes: Highly agile, organized, deeply responsible, and exceptionally detail-oriented.
* Availability: Fully prepared to work in a rotating shift schedule and handle mobile responsibilities.
