* Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (specifically Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Physics, Electrical Power, or Mechatronics).
* Experience Level: Recent graduates or professionals with a maximum of two years of work experience.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of a 4.00 scale.
* Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with strong leadership potential.
* Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin is considered a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Candidates must be fully prepared to undergo international training modules and must be willing to be stationed at any of our facilities, either within Indonesia or abroad.
