1. Management Trainee (MT)
Our MT program is designed to cultivate the next generation of leadership within the manufacturing sector.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, or Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
* Age: Maximum 25 years old as of April 2026.
* Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and a strong aptitude for team leadership.

2. Accounting Staff (Fixed Asset Focus)
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our fixed asset lifecycle.
* Administering and verifying fixed asset records.
* Monitoring acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and write-offs.
* Conducting reconciliations and supporting internal/external audit requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fixed asset management.
* Expertise in MS Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
3. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff
Ensure operational excellence by managing the flow of materials essential for our production lines.
* Managing import and local material arrival schedules.
* Aligning material availability with production requirements across all facilities.
* Collaborating with QC, R&D, and Production departments.
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC or material planning.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and MRP planning concepts.
4. Chemical Analyst
Join our laboratory team to maintain the high quality of our chemical processes and environmental standards.
* Performing chemical analysis of process solutions and conducting laboratory testing.
* Managing WTP waste treatment from plating processes.
* Maintaining demineralized water installations.
* Diploma III in Chemical Analysis.
* Familiarity with laboratory equipment and chemical analysis fundamentals.
* Physical readiness for production area duties and strong attention to detail.
5. Database Administrator
Help us maintain data integrity within our SAP ecosystem to support business decision-making.
* Updating and maintaining data within the SAP system.
* Performing data cleansing to eliminate duplicates and errors.
* Coordinating with stakeholders for data verification.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, ideally with SAP.
* Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
