## Empower Your Future: Human Resource Officer Position
Summarecon is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our HR department in December 2025. This role is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about organizational development.
Core Responsibilities
The HR Officer will play a vital role in streamlining our operational efficiency and employee lifecycle management. Key duties include:
* Payroll & Compliance: Managing monthly payroll accuracy, including statutory contributions for BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan, as well as PPh 21 tax calculations.
* HR Administration: Maintaining meticulous physical and digital employee databases while managing documentation for new hires, resignations, and internal transitions.
* Immigration & Expatriate Services: Leading the end-to-end immigration process for foreign staff, including RPTKA, ITAS, STM, and SKTT filings.
* Recruitment Lifecycle: Overseeing sourcing, candidate screening, psychological assessments, interviewing, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience.
* Operational Support: Organizing staff shifts, coordinating HR-led corporate events, and managing performance training programs.
Professional Requirements
To ensure our high standards of service excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and current BPJS regulations.
3. Communication: Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
4. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is mandatory to support our international operations and workplace environment.
