## Current Career Opportunities
We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the following strategic positions:
1. Internal Sales Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, process sales orders/invoices, maintain CRM and pricing data, support external sales teams, and track delivery status.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; at least 1 year of relevant sales administration experience; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
2. Continuous Improvement Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Drive Kaizen and Lean initiatives, analyze production inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and collaborate across departments to standardize processes.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; 1 year of manufacturing experience; strong knowledge of 7 QC tools and PDCA cycles.
3. People Development Staff
* Key Responsibilities: Manage competency matrices, analyze training KPIs, maintain assessment tools, and develop talent growth strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management; 1 year of experience in people development; excellent analytical and presentation skills.
4. Production Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee shift-based production, ensure quality targets are met, coordinate teams, and maintain IATF 16949 and K3 safety compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; expertise in TPM, Lean, and 5S principles.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Lead process engineering projects, mentor junior engineers, define technical scopes, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years of experience in process engineering (2+ in leadership); proficiency in process simulation software.
6. Engineering Process Manager
* Key Responsibilities: Strategically lead the engineering department, optimize budgets/resources, act as the ultimate technical authority, and ensure operational excellence.
* Requirements: 8–10 years of process engineering experience (3–5 years in management); advanced knowledge of hydraulic calculations, P&ID development, and risk management.
7. Sales Supervisor
* Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies, coach sales teams, nurture key client relationships, and analyze market trends to drive growth.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of sales management experience (ideally in steel or manufacturing); strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
