## Application Requirements
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Professional Qualifications: A minimum of two years of relevant experience in your chosen field is required.
2. Certification: Possession of BNSP certifications (POP, POM, etc.) is highly preferred for supervisory roles. Drivers and Operators must hold a valid SIM BII Umum, and Mechanics should ideally have completed the Basic Mechanic Course (BMC).
3. Documentation: Applicants must submit a comprehensive CV, employment reference letters, a copy of their national ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), Tax ID (NPWP), and the latest academic diploma.
4. Flexibility: Candidates must be willing to work at our Weda Bay Nickel site in North Maluku under a rotational (roster) schedule.
