## Logistics Operator: Position Overview and Requirements
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to join our Indonesian facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing processes run efficiently and our inventory management remains accurate.
Educational and Experience Qualifications
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree (SMK) in Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: A proven track record of 1–3 years in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance environments.
Core Technical Competencies
* Operational Proficiency: Ability to operate production machinery with a firm grasp of standard Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Maintenance Skills: Fundamental knowledge of preventive maintenance, including visual inspections, lubrication, and basic component replacement.
* Logistics Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of material handling, inventory storage, and precise record-keeping.
* Heavy Machinery: Valid certification and experience operating forklifts.
* Administrative Aptitude: Proficiency in using computers for basic inventory management, including Excel or manual tracking systems.
* Certification: An active and valid Driving License (SIM A) for operational duties.
