1. Quality Control Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to uphold our stringent quality standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in the agribusiness or fresh produce industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong communication and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of ISO standards.
2. Cut Fruit Production Senior Associate
Lead our production efforts with efficiency and technical expertise.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Food Technology engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years in the FMCG industry, preferably as a Production Supervisor or Coordinator.
* Core Competencies: Understanding of GMP and HACCP certifications, strong team management skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Dry/Dairy Product Growth Specialist
Drive market expansion and sales strategy within our consumer goods division.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, sales, or trade marketing within the beverage or snack industry.
* Core Competencies: Target-oriented, creative, analytical, and an excellent negotiator. Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Finance Analyst (FMCG)
Ensure financial integrity and operational excellence through rigorous reporting and auditing.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal or external auditing; experience with Big 4 accounting firms is highly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of business processes and control activities, high proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio, and willingness to travel for branch audits.
5. Tax Specialist
Manage our corporate tax compliance and strategy to ensure continued profitability and adherence to regulations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in tax accounting, analysis, or reporting; preference for candidates with tax consultancy firm experience.
* Core Competencies: Must hold Brevet A & B certifications, possess expert knowledge of taxation laws, and demonstrate outstanding numerical and analytical skills.
