## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male.
* Age Limits: 18–26 years old for trainee roles; 18–35 years old for experienced professional roles.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Marital Status: Must be single and remain unmarried during the training program for trainee positions.
* Physical & Mental Readiness: Must be in excellent health, possess strong discipline, and have a high work ethic.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in remote areas with limited internet connectivity.
* Experience & Assets:
* Possession of a personal motorcycle is required for Assistant roles.
* Minimum professional experience: 3 years for Assistants; 2 years for Senior Analysts and Mechanics; 1 year for Welder Helpers.
## Training Program and Benefits for Trainees
Candidates accepted into the Agronomy Foreman and Clerk training programs will undergo a three-month intensive education period. Successful graduates will be appointed as permanent employees.

* A two-year service bond is required upon graduation.
* Submission of original academic diplomas is required for the duration of the service bond.
