## Management Trainee Program Batch XXVII (MT 27)
In collaboration with the Citra Borneo Indah (CBI) Group, we are looking for ambitious, high-potential fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program (MT 27). This program is specifically designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the palm oil industry through a rigorous and immersive learning experience.
Available Specialization Tracks
* MT Estate: Open to graduates with a minimum Diploma (D3) in Plantation Management, Agriculture, or related fields.
* MT Head of Administration (KTU): Open to graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting.
* MT Mill: Open to graduates with a minimum Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Agricultural Technology.
* MT Shipping: Open to graduates with a minimum Diploma (D3) in Port and Shipping Management (KALK), Nautical Studies, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering/ETO.
## Program Structure and Requirements
This prestigious program is a 12-month journey divided into two critical phases:
1. Foundational Training (3 Months): An intensive classroom and field-based learning period.
2. On-the-Job Training (9 Months): Practical application of skills within our operational units.
3. Service Bond: Successful graduates will enter a service bond period to solidify their roles within the organization.
Candidate Prerequisites
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Fresh graduates with a D3 or S1 degree in the relevant disciplines mentioned above.
* A minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Currently unmarried.
* Willingness to undergo training at various plantation operational sites.
* Willingness to be stationed at operational sites throughout Central Kalimantan.
