We are currently looking for a meticulous and organized professional to join our team as an Admin Warehouse. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of our daily warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be the backbone of our administrative warehouse operations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Data Management: Accurately managing, inputting, and updating inbound and outbound goods data within the SAP system.
* Documentation & Reporting: Handling administrative records, archiving essential shipping documents such as delivery orders and purchase orders, and generating periodic stock reports.
* Operational Coordination: Collaborating closely with the warehouse operations team to oversee inventory arrangement and conduct regular stock audits (stock opname).
* Compliance & Safety: Ensuring full adherence to workplace safety protocols and maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness (5S/5R methodology).
Qualifications We Are Seeking
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and background:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
* System Proficiency: Mandatory mastery of the SAP system, specifically within the Warehouse or Inventory Management modules.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and supporting documentation.
* Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic factory or warehouse environment.
