## Launch Your Career: The Operator Preparation Program (OPP)
The Operator Preparation Program (OPP) is a flagship apprenticeship initiative designed by PT Saptaindra Sejati to bridge the gap between education and industrial readiness. Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
To be considered for the Operator Preparation Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Age: Minimum of 18 years old.
* Education: High school graduate (SLTA) or equivalent.
* Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 163 cm with a proportional body weight.
* Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental health.
* Eligibility Status: Applicants must not have previously participated in the OPP, MPP, or TPP programs, nor have prior work experience with PT Saptaindra Sejati.
* Residency: Open specifically to residents of Tabalong, Balangan, East Barito, and South Barito Regencies.
