## Key Responsibilities and Professional Development
As a Management Associate, you will be thrust into the center of the organization, tackling the most critical challenges that fuel our exponential growth. Your core responsibilities include:
* Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate through critical departments—including Product, Marketing, Content, Operations, Sales, and the Ruangguru Foundation—to build both the breadth and depth required for future executive roles.
* High-Impact Projects: Take ownership of strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results and solve authentic business problems.
* Performance-Driven Growth: Engage in recurring performance evaluations every 3 to 6 months, ensuring you are prepared to step into a leadership role within 24 months.
* Executive Mentorship: Work directly under the guidance of senior management while receiving consistent coaching from elite professionals across diverse industries.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a hunger for innovation and a deep commitment to educational advancement. To be eligible for the Batch 8 program, candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Status: Preferably final-year university students set to graduate by July 2026, or fresh graduates with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
2. Leadership Experience: A demonstrated history of project leadership or successful venture building.
3. Industry Exposure: Prior internship experience in tech companies, management consulting firms, or FMCG environments.
4. Academic and Competitive Excellence: A strong track record in business case competitions, or recognized accolades such as national-level academic awards (e.g., OSN) or "Outstanding Student" (Mapres) designations.
