Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Managing production machinery to ensure alignment with established operational standards.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring production lines to guarantee that both quantitative targets and quality benchmarks are met.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining precise documentation of all production activities.
* Resource Management: Ensuring material consumption aligns with production planning.
* Process Improvement: Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility output.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred, though ambitious fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in production workflows, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S, and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations.
* Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, high integrity, personal accountability, and resilience.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a shift rotation system.
* Location: The position is based at our manufacturing plant in Cikarang Timur.
