## 1. Manufacturing Operator
The Manufacturing Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of the production line.
Key Responsibilities
* Production Readiness: Execute daily 5S activities to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Perform machine warm-ups and verify master samples prior to production runs.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records for production and maintenance, manage supplies, and support the Production Leader in preventive maintenance tasks.
* Productivity and OEE: Ensure machinery remains effective, monitor cycle times to meet shift-based output targets, and assist in change-over activities to minimize downtime.
* Quality Assurance: Adhere strictly to work instructions to minimize scrap ratios, uphold a "zero customer claim" standard, and ensure full compliance with company policies.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs, qualification assessments, and skill-upgrading initiatives to enhance professional competency.
* Safety Compliance: Operate equipment with a safety-first mindset. Promptly identify and report any hazardous conditions to the supervisor.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum education level: Vocational High School (SMK) or Senior High School (SMU).
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing assembly is a distinct advantage.

## 2. Logistics Operator
The Logistics Operator is responsible for the seamless flow of materials, inventory accuracy, and efficient delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Incoming Logistics: Manage truck unloading using a forklift, verify shipment quantities against invoices, conduct visual packaging inspections, and perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the SAP POE system.
* Inventory Control: Oversee component supply, update production planning in SAP, conduct regular inventory cycle counts, and ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
* Delivery Management: Process daily orders, prepare delivery notes, manage repacking tasks for specific customer orders, and handle loading area operations.
* Internal Material Handling: Maintain the "Milkrun" cycle, update Kanban and Heijunka boards, and manage the return of empty containers.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform pre-operational checks on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet stackers, and ensure they are cleaned and charged regularly.
* Technical Systems: Utilize software applications, including Microsoft Office, SAP POE, SAP PA5, Power BI, and SketchUp.
