This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in customer experience, as you will serve as the frontline representative providing essential information, managing travel inquiries, and promoting the latest service offerings to passengers.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with passengers to provide travel information.
* Assist travelers with questions regarding schedules, amenities, and promotional offers.
* Utilize a proactive "pick-up" or hands-on approach to ensure passenger satisfaction at stations.
* Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/sederajat).
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years old for men and 28 years old for women.
