## Role Overview: HR Generalist
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to oversee our comprehensive human resources operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our organizational culture and ensuring that our workforce is supported by efficient, best-in-class HR practices. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, acting as a key partner in our growth strategy.
Core Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Development: Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and facilitate employee development programs.
* Administrative Management: Oversee payroll administration, psychological assessments, and maintain meticulous HR documentation.
* Compliance: Manage statutory requirements, specifically BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws.
* Performance & Compensation: Administer performance management systems and oversee compensation and benefits packages.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain highly organized HR operations and ensure data integrity across all internal systems.
## Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for human capital management. We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience operating as an HR Generalist or within a similar human resources capacity.
* Legal & Systems Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, HR best practices, and proficiency in HRIS systems.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, paired with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of integrity, the ability to handle confidential information, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
