The PPA Leader Development Program (PLDP) serves as an intensive career acceleration path designed specifically for fresh graduates. ## General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure the highest standard of leadership training, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Fresh graduates holding an S1 or D4 degree.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum 27 years old at the time of application.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any PPA Group operational site.
* Commitment: Willing to enter into a formal service bond (ikatan dinas) with the company.
* Selection Process: Candidates must be available to attend the selection process offline in Jakarta.
