* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechatronics) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Fresh graduates up to 26 years old.
* Experience: Prior experience in Production, Engineering, PPIC, QC, Warehouse, or Maintenance within the manufacturing sector is considered a strong advantage.
