## Position Overview: Marine Pilot (Pandu)
PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim is seeking qualified and dedicated candidates to fill the Marine Pilot (Pandu) position. Selected candidates will play a critical role in ensuring safe vessel navigation, docking, and undocking procedures across the company's extensive operational networks.
Key Qualifications and Requirements

* Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
* Sailor License: Hold a minimum Deck Officer Class III (Ahli Nautika Tingkat III / ANT III) certification.
* Pilot License: Possess a valid Marine Pilot License (Ijazah Pandu) of at least Level II.
* Experience: Demonstrate relevant practical sailing experience.
* Language Proficiency: Capable of communicating effectively in English.
* Age Requirement: Minimum of 30 years old.
