Position: Field Operator
This role is essential to our daily operations and requires a proactive individual who is capable of maintaining high safety and technical standards in a demanding industrial environment.
Key Qualifications
* Gender and Age: Male, maximum 27 years old.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Experience Level: 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Certification: Possession of a valid Jobseeker Card (Kartu Kuning*) issued by the local Labor Office (Disnaker).
* Location: Willingness to be stationed at the Dumai site.
Technical Competencies
* Proficiency in operating critical industrial equipment, including pumps and compressors.
* Ability to conduct thorough monitoring of plant processes, including rigorous oversight of pressure, temperature, and level variables.
* Proven capacity to respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.
