## Career Opportunity: Plant Operator
We are currently seeking dedicated, high-caliber professionals to join our specialized team in South Sumatra. As a Plant Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of production, safety, and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily refinery processes, including:
* Operational Execution: Conduct LPG refinery operations in strict accordance with safety protocols to meet established production targets.
* System Management: Perform refinery start-up and shutdown sequences, encompassing both routine procedures and emergency response protocols.
* Field Monitoring: Observe operating conditions and machinery performance in the field, maintain accurate log sheets, and identify equipment requiring maintenance or repair.
* Operational Compliance: Execute directives from supervisors while ensuring all tasks remain aligned with refinery goals.
* HSE Commitment: Proactively implement and champion Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSE/K3L) policies, immediately reporting any identified hazards to prevent incidents.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and professional character:
1. Education: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a role equivalent to a DCS Control Room Operator. Prior experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a strong command of the English language.
4. Soft Skills: A self-starter capable of working independently while maintaining a strong target-oriented mindset.
5. Personal Attributes: We value candidates who demonstrate high initiative, integrity, perseverance, excellence, and a genuine care for their work environment.
6. Residency: Candidates currently domiciled in Palembang are preferred.
