# Elevate Your Career in Sustainable Food Manufacturing: Join the ofi Future Impact Talent Program

For ambitious professionals and recent graduates looking to make a genuine difference in global agriculture, finding a career path that balances industrial excellence with environmental responsibility is the ultimate goal. Since establishing our roots in 1996, we have transformed from a modest local trading entity into a major force in the agricultural sector across this sprawling archipelago. By establishing deep-rooted connections with more than 400,000 independent farmers, local collectors, and regional suppliers, we actively source and distribute premium cocoa, coffee, palm, nutmeg, and black and white pepper.

Today, we proudly stand as the leading exporter of Robusta coffee and a premier exporter of Arabica coffee in the region, commanding a combined market share of approximately 15%. Additionally, our operations represent the largest export volume of processed cocoa products in the country. Our state-of-the-art BT Cocoa processing facility in Jakarta serves as a hub of manufacturing excellence, providing stable employment to nearly 1,400 direct employees and over 1,150 seasonal workers spanning from Northern Sumatra through the agricultural heartland of Java to the eastern regions of Sulawesi.

## Pioneering Sustainability and Agricultural Resilience

Great business success carries a responsibility to protect the land and the people who make it possible. We recognize that local smallholder farming communities require structured support to improve crop yields and quality, especially when navigating the unpredictable challenges of global climate change.

To address these vulnerabilities, we design and implement some of the most comprehensive sustainable sourcing networks in the region. By modernizing farming practices and introducing resilient agricultural methods, we secure both the livelihoods of our farming partners and the long-term stability of our global supply chains.
