## Current Opening: Personalia Staff
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Personalia Staff member to join our Head Office team in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency of our administrative operations and supporting our human resources infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
* Documentation Management: Coordinate the intake, distribution, and filing of employee records, as well as managing incoming and outgoing corporate documentation.
* Attendance Reporting: Oversee the preparation and validation of penalty reports related to employee attendance and absenteeism.
* Policy Enforcement: Manage the drafting and distribution of formal disciplinary communications, including warnings and reprimands.
* Benefits Administration: Facilitate and process employee medical claims to ensure timely support for our staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Personalia staff member.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and a high level of comfort working with various online application platforms.
* Work Location: Must be available to work at our Head Office in Pos Pengumben, West Jakarta.
