## Role Overview: Warehouse Staff
The Warehouse Staff position is integral to maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring that our premium products reach our customers accurately and on time. You will be responsible for meticulous documentation and inventory oversight, playing a vital role in our distribution process.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will focus on maintaining the integrity of our shipping and delivery processes, which include:
* Document Verification: Reviewing previous shipping documents, including Purchase Orders and quantity reconciliations, to ensure absolute accuracy.
* Daily Shipping Report Management (DPH): Cross-referencing quantities between sent invoices and Daily Shipping Reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Proof of Delivery (POD) Processing: Managing completed deliveries, handling Goods Issue (GI) cancellations, and performing secondary audits on shipping document completeness.
* Delivery Order Management: Adjusting schedules for Delivery Orders (DO) that were unsuccessful to ensure timely reshipment.
* Inventory Reconciliation: Auditing remaining stock against reported daily shipping data and finalized invoices.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel for data tracking and reporting.
* Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP software is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, a disciplined work ethic, and the capacity to function effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Availability: Must be willing and able to work on-site at our Bekasi, West Java facility.
