## About the Role: Production Technician
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Production Technician to join our state-of-the-art facility in Surabaya, East Java. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our manufacturing standards, ensuring that our production lines run smoothly while delivering the flawless, high-grade glass products our clients rely on.
Key Responsibilities
As a Production Technician at MAGI, your daily duties will be diverse, hands-on, and vital to our operational workflow. You will be expected to:
* Machine Operation & Control: Operate and monitor production machinery strictly in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Process Stability: Maintain optimal process stability and ensure the superior quality of all finished production outputs.
* Technical Maintenance: Perform equipment setups, handle changeovers, and execute basic troubleshooting on production machinery.
* Team Leadership: Guide and direct production helpers to achieve daily operational targets while fostering strong teamwork.
* Safety & Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards (K3), maintain 5S workplace organization principles, and meet strict production output goals.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this technical role, applicants should meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to both ambitious fresh graduates and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of relevant industry background.
* Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of production machinery mechanics, electrical systems, and industrial automation.
* Operational Skills: Ability to accurately read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and complex process parameters.
* Soft Skills: Basic leadership capabilities, high levels of discipline, meticulous attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and readiness to work in a shift-based system.
* Work Location: Surabaya, East Java.
