1. Production Operator – Cutting
As a Cutting Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency on our primary production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute glass-cutting procedures accurately within the Cutting On-Line area.
* Handle the safe packing and preparation of cut glass products.
* Participate actively in operational improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.
* Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, machinery guidelines, and mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies.
* Attend and complete all required professional development and training programs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA or SMK).
* Basic computer literacy.
* Must not wear corrective eyeglasses (non-glasses wearer) and must not be colorblind.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
* Physical resilience to work in a high-temperature, noisy, and industrial manufacturing environment.
* Work Location: Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
This specialized role focuses on transforming raw molten material into premium-grade finished goods while maintaining strict quality and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the production forming process of glass blocks, converting pulled glass into flawless good glass.
* Monitor operational workflows in the Forming Production area and identify root causes of manufacturing defects.
* Implement quality and environmental management systems alongside continuous improvement projects.
* Engage in ongoing employee development and technical training sessions.
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum education of SMK in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 1 year of hands-in manufacturing experience in a similar role.
* Proficient computer operating skills.
* Must not wear corrective eyeglasses (non-glasses wearer) and must not be colorblind.
* Flexibility to work in a shift-based schedule.
* Comfortable working in a demanding industrial setting characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
