Position: Operator Development Program (ODP)
The Operator Development Program is designed to cultivate talent within our high-tech production environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the drive, physical readiness, and technical aptitude to maintain our stringent production standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major.
* Specialization Preference: SMK graduates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Light Vehicle Engineering, or Welding are highly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment for at least one year is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
* Physical Requirements: Must have a minimum height of 168 cm, excellent physical stamina, and must not suffer from color blindness.
* Character Traits: We value individuals who are honest, disciplined, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
* Operational Readiness: Candidates must be prepared to work within our warehouse and production floor environments.
* Location: The role is based in Mojokerto, East Java.
