## Current Job Opening: Recruitment Staff
We are currently looking for a dedicated Recruitment Staff to manage our talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals who share our vision for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and finalizing onboarding administration.
* Utilize modern interviewing techniques and assessment methods to evaluate candidate suitability across various departments.
* Maintain comprehensive recruitment reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools, with an emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Collaborate closely with internal department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver timely staffing solutions.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of proven working experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or as an HR Generalist.
* Core Competencies:
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and high organizational accuracy.
* Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Work Location: Mojokerto, East Java.
