## 1. Financial Auditor
As a Financial Auditor, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial integrity and operational transparency of our expanding agro-industrial enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and evaluate financial statements, transactional records, and corporate accounting systems comprehensively.
* Test the operational effectiveness of internal controls within financial workflows to proactively detect and prevent potential financial leakage or fraudulent activities.
* Prepare meticulous audit working papers and draft constructive improvement reports based on audit findings.
* Monitor and verify that audited working units execute corrective actions efficiently.
* Coordinate seamlessly with external auditors and regulatory authorities concerning financial examinations and compliance.
Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), professional audit techniques, and internal control frameworks.
* Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or QIA (Qualified Internal Auditor) are strongly preferred.
## 2. Risk Management Staff

Key Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining comprehensive risk profiles and risk registers across all company departments.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments for ongoing business processes, emerging projects, and critical strategic decisions.
* Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and evaluate the efficiency of mitigation strategies implemented by designated risk owners.
* Compile periodic risk monitoring reports for executive management and the internal risk committee.
* Drive internal awareness campaigns and educational programs to cultivate a robust risk-conscious culture throughout the organization.
Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any recognized major.
* Solid grasp of international risk management frameworks, specifically ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
* Preference will be given to candidates holding recognized risk management certifications such as CRMO, QRP, or equivalent credentials.
## 3. Legal Officer
The Legal Officer will ensure that all commercial activities, operational protocols, and corporate expansions strictly adhere to prevailing laws and standards of good corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate critical legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and commercial partnership agreements (PKS).
* Deliver sound legal opinions and strategic counsel to management.
* Verify incoming legal documents submitted by vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
* Manage, monitor, and renew corporate licenses while ensuring timely submission of all government-mandated regulatory reports.
* Organize and maintain a secure, highly structured digital and physical repository of all corporate legal documents.
* Oversee and monitor company assets to protect corporate interests.
* Ensure all internal processes align with company policies, statutory laws, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, with a specialized focus on Civil Law.
