* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physical Aptitude: Excellent health status (verified by medical check-ups) and no known allergies to poultry.
* Drive and Ambition: A genuine passion for the poultry industry, coupled with the desire to advance into middle-management roles upon program completion.
