Admin Warehouse
As an Admin Warehouse, you will be responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, ensuring that all stock movements are accurately tracked and documented to support ongoing industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Execute accurate and systematic physical stock-taking and inventory opnames.
* Manage end-to-end warehouse management processes, encompassing goods receipt, secure storage, dispatch, and continuous movement monitoring.
* Input, track, and update inventory databases with high precision and attention to detail.
* Generate comprehensive data reports utilizing Microsoft Office applications and enterprise-grade Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Collaborate effectively across departments while maintaining organized administrative records.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven working experience functioning as a Warehouse Administrator, Inventory Control Specialist, or in a comparable role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong operational knowledge of WMS platforms and advanced Microsoft Office skills for data analysis and reporting.
* Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, strict discipline, profound sense of responsibility, and robust organizational capabilities.
