1. Training Center Staff
The Training Center Staff plays a vital role in nurturing the talent within the organization. This position focuses on human capital development through strategic training initiatives.
* Gender: Open to Male or Female candidates.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, preferably with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive analysis for employee training and development.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of Training Need Analysis (TNA) frameworks.
* Develop creative assets, including simple poster designs and basic video editing.
* Perform public speaking and deliver professional presentations.
* Manage partnerships with external training vendors and facilitators.
* Technical Skills:
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
* Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
* Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

* Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Stay updated on and implement regulations regarding workplace safety, environmental protection, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and monitor field compliance.
* Execute site inspections, conduct safety patrols, and compile detailed HSE reports.
* Technical Skills:
* Strong analytical thinking and a high degree of responsibility.
* Exceptional communication and collaborative abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Comprehensive understanding of Food Safety, 6S, and GMP operations.
* Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum) or K3 Kemnaker certification.
