We are currently hiring an IT Technical Support Officer to join our site operations. This role is essential for maintaining our technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless communication across all project functions.
* Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs on radio hardware, software, and networking equipment.
* Manage and troubleshoot IT tools to ensure optimal project performance.
* Provide reliable technical support to on-site staff.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in an IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Radio/HT communication role.
