* Project Management: Overseeing the lifecycle of construction and development.
* Township Management: Ensuring the seamless operation of large-scale community hubs.
Preferred Disciplines: Architecture, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, and Business.
2. Non-Technical Function
Designed for those who excel in relationship management, operational efficiency, and customer-centric strategies:
* Property Sales: Driving market outreach and client acquisition.
* Administration Services: Managing the backend operations that support our business units.
* Township Hospitality Management: Elevating the residential experience within our developments.

## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the LippoLand Management Development Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Achievement: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Civil/ME Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, Management/Business Admin, or Communications) with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates from reputable universities or professionals with up to one year of work experience.
* Leadership Potential: A proven track record of leading projects or receiving academic/non-academic accolades is highly advantageous.
* Extracurricular Engagement: Active participation in student organizations or professional bodies is preferred.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English, paired with strong leadership capabilities and superior communication skills.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be assigned to any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
