## Open Positions
1. Liquid Quality Control Staff
The Quality Control team is essential to maintaining the high standards expected by our consumers. This role focuses on the precision of chemical blending and process integrity.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor blending processes and approve premix status before storage.
* Document analysis results and manage semi-finished goods inspection reports.
* Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when specifications are not met.
* Manage reagent stock and adhere to 5R and K3 safety protocols.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Proven experience in an FMCG laboratory environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office, cloud-based file management, and SAP.
* Familiarity with CPKB and PKRT standards.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
We are looking for an organized professional to streamline our general operations and ensure corporate compliance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate facility management, security operations, and office supply logistics.
* Manage corporate licensing, import permits, and expatriate documentation.
* Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian customs and corporate regulations.
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (GPA min 3.00).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian licensing procedures and import regulations.
* Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
3. PPIC Staff
The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) team ensures our production targets align seamlessly with distribution demands.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Execute sales forecasting and production planning for buffer stocks.
* Calculate raw material and packaging requirements for a 3-month lead time.
* Coordinate First Production approvals and cross-departmental workflows.
* Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Management (GPA min 3.00).
* At least 2 years of experience in an FMCG PPIC role.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP/ERP systems.
