PT Lestari Banten Energi is currently inviting motivated and skilled professionals to join our operations team. We are looking for high-potential candidates to fill the position of Field Operator within our Power Block department.
Core Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates (within 1 year of graduation date).
* Operational Background: Prior technical experience gained through On-the-Job Training (OJT) in a power plant environment is highly preferred.
* Specialized Expertise: Direct hands-on experience as a Field Operator in a coal-fired power plant is a significant advantage. Candidates with experience in Supercritical or Ultra-Supercritical boiler technology will be prioritized.
Essential Skills and Requirements
Successful applicants must demonstrate the following competencies and availability:
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is mandatory.
* Technical Literacy: Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be based at our power plant site in Desa Salira, Serang, Banten.
* Operational Commitment: Must be available for rotating 8- to 12-hour shifts, covering nights, weekends, and public holidays.
* Resilience: Ability to maintain performance standards while working under high-pressure conditions.
