1. Information Development Staff (Staf PSI)
* Key Responsibilities: Design and develop system support, conduct periodic evaluations, manage technical documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
* Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics from an "A" or "Unggul" accredited university. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and .NET is required. A TOEFL score of at least 450 is mandatory.
2. Business Development Staff (Staf PUS)
* Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements, create specifications (BRS), develop user guides, and serve as a trainer for new internal and external systems.
* Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.00) in STEM fields, Management, or related disciplines. At least 2 years of experience in the capital market or fintech sector is required. Applicants must possess strong analytical skills and a TOEFL score of at least 500.
