## Job Overview: QC Inline Packing
As our Quality Control Inline Packing specialist, you will serve as a vital line of defense in ensuring that every bottle leaving our facility meets the absolute highest standards of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will encompass several critical quality assurance functions:
* Real-Time Quality Monitoring: Inspect product quality continuously while filling and packaging operations are actively underway.
* Compliance Verification: Cross-check packaging labels and production coding for absolute accuracy.
* Packaging Testing: Conduct rigorous evaluations of packaging integrity.
* Status Determination: Authoritatively assess and assign quality statuses to active production batches.
* Documentation: Maintain meticulous quality control logs and reports throughout the manufacturing process.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this specialized role, applicants must meet the following educational and technical requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree majoring in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a closely related discipline.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with modern food safety frameworks, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance systems.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate precise laboratory and measurement instruments, such as analytical balances, calipers, and vacuum testing devices.
* Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies, including Control Charts to accurately monitor milk filling volumes.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, high analytical capability, and sharp visual and physical sensory acuity.
* Work Location: Must be willing to be based on-site in Cicalengka.
