## Become a Medical Representative at Kimia Farma
Kimia Farma is currently recruiting motivated individuals for the position of Medical Representative. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and ensuring that our high-quality pharmaceutical products reach their target markets effectively.
Core Responsibilities
As a Medical Representative, you will play an active role in expanding our reach. Your primary duties will include:
* Sales Performance: Taking full ownership of sales targets, New Outlet Orders (NOO), and On-the-Road (OTR) activities within your designated territory.
* Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans based on directives from the Area Manager.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Conducting routine visits to pharmacies and medical practitioners to introduce products, highlight current programs, and monitor competitive market activities.
* Marketing Execution: Implementing marketing initiatives such as merchandising, seminars, and promotional events in alignment with both central and regional strategies.
* Inventory Oversight: Managing stock levels at the outlet level to ensure optimal product availability.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed sales recaps and evaluating the efficacy of marketing campaigns to gauge their impact on overall performance.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of professional aptitude and a drive for results. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Preference is given to graduates from Vocational Health Schools (SMK Kesehatan), Diploma (D3) in health-related fields, or Bachelor’s (S1) degrees from any major.
* Professional Experience: Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in Sales and Marketing are strongly preferred.
* Soft Skills: Must possess excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, along with a professional and polished appearance.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be adept at using Microsoft Office software.
* Experience: Proven history of organizing promotional events or managing pharmaceutical outlet relations.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for extensive fieldwork, willing to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia, and possess a valid motorcycle license (SIM C). Proficiency in driving a car is considered an added advantage.
* Drive: A proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
